Boab Services were engaged by Peoplecare to manage the total facilities of their four buildings, which included compliance, trades, cleaning, waste, and everything needed to ensure the buildings were maintained.
Before our engagement Peoplecare managed all their services and trades in-house but the time and cost to do so were starting to impact their staff and their workload.
The challenge for Boab Services was to bring all the existing contractors over to a new delivery model and ensuring Boab Services were not marked against the performance of these trades.
As a result, Boab Services set up our job management system so that people care could log jobs, so we could manage all the services and so we could deliver our services cost-effectively and efficiently.
Boab Services have been contracted for just over 12 months now and in this time we have been able to streamline many of the services and in turn deliver additional efficiencies and savings to our client.
Our job management system has also allowed us to track all jobs and report on all works, which is something they previously lacked.
