Edmund Rice College – New Science Lab Air Conditioning

Boab Services were engaged by Trinity Quality Interiors, via tender, to install the air conditioning and ventilation for the new science block at Edmund Rice College.

The biggest challenge presented was the condensed time frame to carry out this project and delays from other trades outside of our control.

Our Solution

The mechanical project involved installing a Daikin VRF system with 14 cassettes, full ventilation via BMS system and CO2 sensors, multiple outside air fans and exhaust systems.

This would allow the school to operate at maximum efficiency and only use the system when above a set temperate.

The Result

Boab Services delivered the project on budget and time, despite delays outside our control.
